AORUS Radeon RX 6900 XT Xtreme 16G

The GIGABYTE AORUS Radeon RX 6900 XT Xtreme WATERFORCE WB 16G graphics card targets enthusiasts building custom liquid-cooled systems. It integrates a factory-fitted water block so the GPU enters the loop without extra mounting hardware. The card delivers ultra-high frame rates for serious 4K gameplay.

Installing the water block and leak detection

Installing the card means connecting the pre-mounted water block to an existing loop with compatible fittings. Leak detection circuitry alerts the builder to fluid escape before power is applied. The flat bracket aligns with standard I/O shields, but tubing routing must clear surrounding components.

Loop readiness and power before ordering

Verify the custom loop provides a free inlet and outlet with matching thread size for the block. Confirm the power supply carries enough 8-pin PCIe connectors for the board. Ensure the chassis offers room for the card length and radiator placement required by the loop design.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the card is hitting the listed boost clock of 2525 MHz after installation?

Use GPU monitoring software to observe the core frequency under load; it should reach up to 2525 MHz during demanding 3D workloads.

Does the package include the water block and fittings, or must I purchase a separate cooling loop?

The WATERFORCE water block is factory-installed on the card; you only need to supply the external liquid-cooling loop, tubing and coolant.

Which memory capacity matches the 16 GB GDDR6 256-bit specification shown in the title?

The model name indicates 16 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, so this single variant provides that exact configuration.
