ATX Intel LGA 1700 board with 16+1+1 60 A DrMOS VRM, four DDR4 3200 slots to 128 GB, triple M.2 PCIe 4.0, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C, 2.5 GbE LAN, WIFI 6 and Realtek ALC1220 audio
This GIGABYTE B660 AORUS MASTER DDR4 motherboard uses the Intel LGA 1700 socket and Intel B660 chipset. It supports 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron processors. The board provides four 288‑pin DDR4 slots running up to 3200 MT/s in dual channel with a 128 GB maximum capacity.
The 16+1+1 twin hybrid digital VRM uses 60 A DrMOS for stable delivery. Three M.2 connectors and four SATA 6 Gb/s ports handle storage, while one PCI Express 4.0 x16 slot and one PCI Express 3.0 x4 slot provide expansion. Networking includes Intel 2.5 GbE LAN, WIFI 6 802.11 ax and Bluetooth. Rear I/O adds USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type‑C.
The four DDR4 slots accept up to 128 GB total, giving ample headroom for multitasking and content creation. Triple M.2 sockets allow multiple NVMe drives without using SATA ports. The second x16 slot runs at x4 and is disabled when the M2M_SB connector is populated, limiting multi‑GPU or add‑in card configurations.

The board runs dual-channel DDR4 at 3200 and accepts up to 128 GB across its four 288-pin slots.
No, the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot keeps its full x16 link; only the PCIe 3.0 x4 slot shares bandwidth with M2M_SB.
Open Device Manager, confirm Intel 2.5GbE Controller and Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax adapter appear without errors, then run a speed test.
