Mini-ITX Intel B760 board with 8+1+1 phase VRM, dual DDR5 slots up to 96 GB, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 sockets, 2.5 GbE LAN and Wi-Fi 6E
This Mini ITX board uses the Intel B760 chipset and an LGA 1700 socket to support 12th and 13th Generation Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron processors. Two 288‑pin DDR5 slots run in dual channel and accept up to 96 GB of memory with XMP 3.0 profiles. The 8+1+1 phase digital VRM and extended MOSFET heatsink with aluminium baseplate keep power delivery stable in a tight chassis.
The board fits any Mini ITX case and uses standard mounting holes, so physical installation is straightforward. Q‑Flash Plus lets you update the BIOS without a CPU, memory or graphics card installed, removing a common first‑boot blocker. Two M.2 2280 slots — one on the front, one on the rear — both run at PCIe 4.0 x4, but the rear slot sits on the back of the PCB and may need a little extra care when seating a drive.
Builders who want a high‑performance small‑form‑factor system with 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi‑Fi 6E and BLUETOOTH 5.3 will find the connectivity complete. The dual M.2 layout and 7.1 channel audio suit content creation as well as gaming. Users needing more than two memory slots, additional SATA ports or full‑size ATX expansion should look at a larger board.

Connect the 24-pin and 8-pin CPU power, install the processor in the LGA 1700 socket and seat two DDR5 DIMMs in the 288-pin slots, then power on; the board will initialise the 8+1+1 phase digital VRM and display a POST code or BIOS splash screen if hardware is detected.
The box contains the Mini ITX board with pre-installed I/O shield, M.2 screws and standoffs, SATA 6Gb/s cables, Wi-Fi 6E antennas, and documentation; you must buy an LGA 1700 CPU, DDR5 memory modules, M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSDs, SATA drives, and a chassis with front-panel USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C header.
The board supports JEDEC 4800 MT/s out of the box and XMP 3.0 profiles up to 8000 MT/s overclocked; pick a 4800 MT/s kit for guaranteed plug-and-play operation or a higher-speed XMP 3.0 kit if you are comfortable enabling the profile in BIOS for extra bandwidth.
