1U rackmount barebone supporting AMD EPYC 7002/7003 CPUs, 8-channel DDR4 3200, dual 2.5" NVMe/SATA hot-swap bays, four PCIe Gen4 slots and 800 W platinum power
The GIGABYTE E152-ZE0 is a 1U rackmount barebones server designed for single-processor deployments. It accepts AMD EPYC 7002 and 7003 series CPUs in an SP3 socket and provides eight DDR4 3200 memory channels across eight 288-pin slots. The platform includes two full-height and two low-profile PCIe Gen4 slots plus an OCP 3.0 mezzanine slot for networking or accelerator cards.
This chassis fits environments that need one EPYC processor, eight-channel DDR4 memory, and Gen4 expansion in a 1U form factor. It is not for buyers who need dual-socket scaling, more than two hot-swap drive bays, or integrated networking faster than 1 Gigabit. The single 800 W platinum power supply also limits configurations requiring redundant power.
The expansion layout supports one dual-slot or two single-slot Gen4 GPUs alongside the OCP 3.0 mezzanine, making the system viable for VDI or edge inference where accelerator density matters. Two 2.5-inch hot-swap bays accept SATA or Gen4 NVMe drives for local storage.

Both families fit the single SP3 socket; 7003 series delivers higher core counts and DDR4 3200 support while 7002 series works at lower speeds.
Populating all eight 288-pin slots with matched RDIMM or LRDIMM modules activates full eight-channel bandwidth at 3200 MT/s.
Two full-height and two low-profile Gen4 slots plus one OCP 3.0 x16 mezzanine allow one dual-slot or two single-slot Gen4 GPUs and a high-speed NIC.
