Micro-ATX board for LGA 1151 CPUs with two DDR4 2133 slots up to 32 GB, one PCIe x16, two PCIe x1, one PCI, six SATA 6 Gb/s, one M.2, Realtek ALC887 8-channel audio, gigabit LAN.
The GIGABYTE GA-B150M-HD3 is a micro-ATX motherboard built around the Intel B150 chipset. It accepts 6th- and 7th-generation Core i7, i5, i3, Pentium and Celeron processors in the LGA 1151 package. Two DIMM slots support DDR4 2133 memory up to 32 GB in dual-channel mode.
Six SATA 6 Gb/s connectors and one M.2 slot provide storage flexibility, while a full-size PCI Express x16 slot, two x1 slots and a conventional PCI slot cover both current and older add-in cards. Rear I/O supplies HDMI video, one PS/2 combo port, two USB 2.0 and three USB 3.0 connections. Buyers requiring more than two memory slots or multiple x16 slots should consider larger form-factor boards.
The board offers only two DDR4 slots, so the 32 GB maximum is reached with a pair of 16 GB modules. If your workload demands four sticks or higher total capacity, this platform will not meet that requirement.

The Realtek ALC887 codec is soldered to the board and not user-replaceable; the two DDR4 2133 DIMM slots accept standard modules that can be swapped if a stick fails or more capacity is needed.
The board supports a maximum of 32 GB across its two DDR4 2133 slots, so memory capacity is the first hard limit for sustained workloads.
The chipset and voltage regulators are passively cooled; typical case airflow keeps temperatures in a safe range and adds no audible noise of their own.
