Micro-ATX motherboard for Intel 790 chipset, Japanese-market unit with 100 V specification

  • Micro-ATX motherboard for compact builds
  • Ships from Japan with 100 V specification
  • Japanese-market model, interface language fixed
  • No local warranty support for this region
  • Transformer recommended for voltage compatibility

Micro-ATX motherboard for Japanese market

This GIGABYTE Z790M AORUS ELITE AX motherboard is built for the Japanese domestic market and ships from Japan. The firmware and interface language are locked to Japanese and cannot be changed to another language. It targets builders who specifically require a Japanese-specification board.

Check voltage and warranty before ordering

The board operates on the Japanese 100 V mains standard, so a step-down transformer is recommended for use in regions with higher line voltage. Because the product is manufactured for Japan, the manufacturer warranty is not supported in other countries. Confirm that your power environment and support expectations match these constraints.

Replaces a standard retail Z790 Micro-ATX board

This unit replaces a regular retail Z790 Micro-ATX motherboard when the buyer needs the exact Japanese-market specification and can accept Japanese-only firmware with no local warranty coverage. The jump is worth it only if those specific regional requirements are mandatory for the build.

Questions about this item

Does the GIGABYTE Z790M AORUS ELITE AX motherboard come with the Thermaltake TOUGHPOWER GF1 1200W power supply in the same box?

No, the motherboard and the 1200W power supply are separate products; each must be purchased individually.

Should I choose the Japanese-market Z790M AORUS ELITE AX or look for a different regional version?

The Japanese-market board uses a Japanese-only interface and 100V voltage, so a transformer and language workaround are required outside Japan.

What does the 80PLUS GOLD rating on the listed 1200W power supply mean for my build?

It certifies the PSU delivers at least 80% efficiency at typical loads, reducing waste heat and electricity cost for a 1200W unit.
