Golf Training Mat for Beginners

The Gismelio Lx-01a is a lightweight mat designed for new golfers who need visual guidance on posture and ball position. Weighing 163.293 grams, it lays flat for indoor or outdoor sessions and marks the spots for feet, hands and head alignment.

Alignment Markings and Stance Guidance

Printed lines on the surface show where to place each foot for different clubs, helping the user build a repeatable address position. The mat handles the basic task of stance correction but offers no feedback on swing path, club-face angle or impact quality.

Diving Material Construction Limits

The soft diving-material build rolls up for storage and cushions the feet on hard floors, yet it cannot simulate fairway turf interaction or divot feedback. Golfers who want realistic strike sensation or launch-monitor data will need a different practice surface.

Questions about this item

Will the 163.293-gram Lx-01a mat stay flat on an old rubber driving-range mat?

The lightweight design lays flat on most surfaces; the diving-material base grips rubber or turf without adhesive so it will not shift during a swing.

How do I know the alignment lines on the Lx-01a are giving correct feedback after I set it up?

Place a club along the printed stance guides and check that ball position, foot width and head location match the markings for each club; consistent contact confirms the mat is working.

Does the single Lx-01a unit include tees or a carrying bag, or must I buy them separately?

The set contains only the black posture-assistance mat; tees, bags or additional training aids are not included and must be purchased separately.
