Matte Screen Protector for iPhone 17 and 16 Pro

This tempered glass protector fits the 6.3 inch display on iPhone 17 and iPhone 16 Pro. It uses a matte finish with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint properties. The surface reaches 9H hardness for scratch resistance. An installation frame is included for alignment.

Suits owners who want reduced glare

Buyers who prefer a glossy, high-transparency screen surface should look elsewhere. The matte texture diffuses reflections in bright light but lowers perceived sharpness. Users who dislike any surface friction when swiping will not like this film. It does not add privacy filtering.

9H hardness with 2.5D polished round edges

The glass is rated at 9H surface hardness to resist daily scratches and minor impacts. Edges receive extra polishing beyond standard 2.5D rounding for a smoother hand feel and added chip resistance. This specification determines how well the protector survives drops and pocket abrasion.

Questions about this item

How do I align the protector using the installation frame without trapping dust?

Peel the backing, lower the frame onto the iPhone 17 or 16 Pro 6.3 inch screen, press the centre first, then smooth outward to push air to the edges.

When will the matte coating wear enough to need a new protector?

The 9H tempered glass resists scratches, but the anti-glare layer will gradually lose its silk feel after months of heavy swiping; replace when friction increases.

At what point does glare return during long outdoor sessions?

The anti-glare finish stays effective until surface oils build up; wipe with a microfibre cloth to restore clarity during extended use in bright light.
