One-Piece Clamping Collar

The Global G1SC-125-SS is a one-piece clamping collar designed for power transmission applications. It suits maintenance technicians and equipment builders who need a secure shaft connection without disassembly. The transparent finish allows visual inspection of the contact area. This item is sold as new sporting goods memorabilia.

Shaft and Space Verification

Confirm the shaft diameter matches the collar bore before ordering. Ensure there is enough axial room for the single-piece width and that the clamping screw is accessible with your tools. The transparent colour helps confirm full seating during installation. Orders of $75 or more ship free from the manufacturer.

Sustained Clamping Behaviour

Under continuous vibration the one-piece design maintains even pressure around the shaft without the gap variation seen in split collars. The California Proposition 65 notice indicates the material contains a chemical known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Proper torque on the single screw preserves holding power over long runs.

Questions about this item

Does the G1SC-125-SS clamping collar come with mounting hardware or must screws be purchased separately?

The product is sold as the collar only; any fasteners or tools required for installation are not included and must be sourced separately.

The model code includes 125 — does that indicate a specific bore size or version I should match to my shaft?

The 125 in the model number is the manufacturer's designation for this specific collar variant; verify the shaft diameter against the supplier's technical sheet before ordering.

The Proposition 65 warning mentions cancer and reproductive harm — what does that mean for everyday handling of this collar?

The warning reflects the presence of a listed chemical in the material; normal use with basic hygiene such as washing hands after contact is standard practice.
