Two-Piece Clamping Collar

The GLOBAL G2SC-181-SS is a two-piece clamping collar designed for power transmission assemblies. It provides a secure grip on shafts without marring the surface. The transparent finish allows visual inspection of the mounting position. This component suits maintenance and original equipment builds.

Industrial maintenance teams

Mechanics who need quick installation and removal on existing shafts will find the split design practical. Buyers who require a solid one-piece collar for permanent mounting should look at a different style. The product carries a California Proposition 65 notice for chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm.

Sustained vibration and torque

Under continuous load the two-piece clamp maintains holding force through even pressure distribution. The collar resists axial shift when vibration is present over long periods. Proper torque on the cap screws keeps the joint stable without damaging the shaft.
