High-Speed Printing With Sensor Monitoring

A specially designed high-flow hot end reaches 600 mm/s print speed while the maximum working speed hits 1000 mm/s. Fifteen sensors form an intelligent network that continuously tracks extrusion and motion to prevent clogging, winding and filament breakage. Independent optical height measurement enables precise curved-surface laser work without physical contact. Vision encoding boards with 5 µm resolution deliver 50 µm motion accuracy across the full workspace.

Large Desktop Footprint and Nozzle Flexibility

The unit measures 492 x 514 x 626 mm and weighs 40 kg, so it needs a sturdy bench with ample clearance. Interchangeable nozzle diameters of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm let you choose resolution or throughput per job.
