Extra Level for Wide Span Rack

This extra level fits a Global Industrial wide span rack and adds a new storage tier without a deck. The grey C-channel beams span 96 inches wide and 24 inches deep. Boltless snap-together components mean no nuts, bolts, clips or tools are required. Three front-to-back deck supports are included.

1100 lb Capacity per Level

The single specification that decides fit is the 1100 lb evenly distributed load rating. Each beam pair supports that weight when the load is spread across the full 96 inch width. Exceeding the rating risks beam deflection and rack instability.

Integrates with Existing Uprights

The level bolts onto compatible wide span uprights to extend vertical storage. It needs decking material — wire mesh, particle board or steel panels — to create a usable shelf surface. The three included supports prevent deck sag under heavy loads. Not for racks with different beam widths or lower capacity ratings.
