A 4-port VGA KVM switch with four cables and three USB hubs lets four computers share one monitor, keyboard and mouse at up to 1920×1440 resolution
This 4-port USB VGA KVM switch lets a single keyboard, mouse and monitor control up to four computers. It ships with four integrated 2-in-1 USB VGA cables and three USB hubs for shared peripherals. The unit draws power directly from the connected cables so no external adapter is needed. Plug-and-play operation means no driver installation on any supported platform.
Each of the four cables combines video and USB data in one sheath, reducing desktop clutter when routing to multiple towers or rack units. The switch is powered entirely through the USB pigtails, freeing a mains socket and eliminating a separate power brick. Compatibility spans Windows 10 down to XP, Mac, Linux, DOS, Win3, WINNT, Netware and Unix without additional software. Maximum supported video resolution is 1920 by 1440 with DDC and automatic display identification.
Suits administrators, developers or home users who need to operate several legacy or mixed-OS machines from one console. Buyers who require digital video inputs such as HDMI or DisplayPort should look elsewhere. Environments needing resolutions above 1920 by 1440 or more than four connected systems will not be served by this model. The included cable length is fixed, so workstations spaced far apart may need a different solution.

The switch supports up to 1920 by 1440 resolution and uses DDC with automatic identification to maintain a stable signal over extended use.
It draws power from the USB pigtails on the KVM cables, so no AC adapter or fan is needed; the design is passive and silent.
Each computer needs a USB port and a VGA port; the package supplies four 2-in-1 USB VGA cables, so no extra cables are required.
