Product identity

The Gloryang PD-A4 is a portable thermal receipt printer that produces black-only output on 8.5 x 11 inch thermal paper at 203 dpi. It targets mobile professionals, students and field workers who need letter-size documents without carrying ink or toner cartridges.

Installation experience

Pairing with iOS or Android devices occurs through the Jadens Printer app over Bluetooth, while computer use requires the printer to be powered on before driver installation. The unit ships with one roll pre-installed and two spare rolls, so the first print can start immediately after charging.

Practical limits

Thermal technology restricts output to monochrome on compatible Gloryang thermal paper; standard office paper, inkjet media or colour printing are not supported. The internal 2600 mAh batteries deliver roughly 360 sheets or three hours of continuous printing per charge, and the paper bin holds up to 50 sheets at a time.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the PD-A4 is printing correctly after pairing it with the Jadens Printer app?

Send a test page from the app and check that text and images appear sharp at 203 dpi on the 8.5 x 11 inch thermal paper.

What comes in the box with the PD-A4 and what must I purchase separately?

The package includes the printer, a carry case, charging cable, manual, guide card and 3 rolls of Gloryang thermal paper; only Gloryang thermal paper works, so buy extra rolls separately.

Which paper size should I choose for the PD-A4 when ordering refills?

Use 8.5 x 11 inch Gloryang thermal rolls or sheets; the printer supports that size and 4-inch or 2-inch options, but the main capacity is built for 8.5 x 11 media.
