SKU CH-Z858-8XMXV

A lightweight fabric backdrop that folds to one-third its open size and packs into a carry bag for quick location work

  • Lightweight 4 lb design folds into carry bag for easy transport
  • Wrinkle-resistant fabric delivers smooth background with minimal post-production needed
  • Abstract textured pattern provides accurate color representation for professional aesthetics
  • Durable fabric construction withstands frequent use for long-lasting reliability
  • Pop-up frame supports itself against wall or pole without extra stand

Portable Collapsible Backdrop

The Glow Edge Abstract Textured backdrop measures 5 by 6.5 feet when open and weighs 4 lbs. It collapses into the supplied carry bag for quick transport between studio and location work. A self-supporting pop-up frame lets the panel lean against a wall or pole without a separate stand. The fabric surface resists wrinkles for a smooth, seamless background.

Suits mobile portrait and product shooters

Photographers who need a lightweight, fold-and-go solution for portraits, fashion, beauty or product sessions will benefit from the compact folded size and stand-free setup. Studios that require a fixed, seamless paper roll or a larger cyclorama should look elsewhere. Buyers wanting a heavier vinyl or canvas material for high-traffic events will not find that here.

Carry bag and pop-up frame included

The bundled carry bag stores the folded backdrop at roughly one-third of its open dimensions, protecting the fabric during travel. The integrated pop-up frame removes the need to pack a separate background stand or support arm, cutting setup time on location. No additional lighting modifiers, clamps or software are supplied with this backdrop.

Questions about this item

Does the 5x6.5 ft backdrop require a separate stand or can it support itself?

The pop-up frame is self-supporting so you can lean the backdrop against a wall or pole without carrying a separate stand or arm.

Will the folded backdrop fit inside a standard camera bag that holds 11-inch items?

When collapsed the backdrop folds to roughly one-third of its open size, making it compact enough to slide into most gear bags that accommodate 11-inch dimensions.

How can I verify the abstract texture renders with accurate colour straight out of the box?

Shoot a test frame under your key light and check the histogram for neutral grey balance; the fabric is manufactured for exceptional colour accuracy so the texture should appear true without heavy post correction.
