Purpose-built diffusion for 16x48 strip softboxes

This diffuser set is made specifically for the Parasnap 16x48" Strip Softbox. It provides interior and exterior diffusion panels that attach with touch-fasteners for a secure fit. Photographers and videographers who own that softbox can use this set to soften output and shape light quality without adapting generic modifiers.

Light control range with interior and exterior

The two-layer system lets you reduce intensity and smooth the beam for portraits, product shots or interview setups. Using both panels together creates the softest spread; removing the outer layer adds a touch more contrast when the scene calls for it. The fabric is designed to eliminate harsh shadows while preserving enough directionality for defined catchlights.

Passive thermal behaviour and silent operation

The diffuser panels add no active cooling, no power draw and no audible noise because they contain no electronics. In normal studio use the fabric simply absorbs and scatters a portion of the fixture’s output, so the softbox runs at the same temperature it would without them. There are no fans, motors or electrical connections to consider.
