24x36" Rectangle Softbox for Portrait & Product Work

The Glow Edge Elegant Pro 24x36" EZ Lock softbox is built for photographers shooting portraits, fashion or product work who need a large, rectangular light source. Its Bowens-S mount fits a wide range of studio strobes and continuous fixtures. The quick-lock frame lets you set up or pack down in seconds, keeping location and studio workflows efficient.

Even Light Spread with Inner Baffle and Front

A silver interior lining directs light forward while the included inner baffle and front diffuser soften the output, reducing harsh shadows and delivering flattering illumination. The 24 by 36 inch surface provides broad coverage for full-length or group shots. Light control remains precise without the scatter of a bare strobe, though the fixed rectangle shape limits use as a narrow strip or large octagonal source.

Bowens Mount Compatibility

The 130mm speed ring secures the softbox to compatible heads without extra adapters. Reinforced fabric and aluminum support rods maintain rigidity through repeated assembly cycles and transport. The umbrella-style frame snaps open without loose rods, but the unit requires a Bowens-mount light and enough ceiling or stand clearance for its 24x36 inch footprint.

Questions about this item

Will the 130 mm Bowens mount fit the strobes I already own?

The included 130 mm Bowens-S adapter ring fits any flash or continuous light that uses the standard Bowens bayonet, so your existing heads will mount directly without extra adapters.

How can I confirm the EZ Lock frame is seated correctly after assembly?

Push the center post until it clicks firmly into the locked position; the aluminum rods will hold the 24 by 36 inch rectangle rigid with no wobble, and the silver lining will sit flat for even reflection.

Which diffusion layers ship with the softbox and what must I add?

The box contains the softbox body, EZ Lock frame with aluminum rods, 130 mm Bowens-S speed ring, front diffuser and inner baffle — everything needed for soft, controlled light; no extra purchases are required.
