28-inch 16-rib parabolic softbox

The Glow Edge Elegant Pro is a 28-inch deep parabolic softbox built for photographers who need studio-quality light on location or in the studio. Its matte white interior lining produces soft, even illumination suited to fashion, portrait and commercial work. The 16-rib umbrella construction provides a sturdy frame that holds its shape during frequent use.

EZ-Lock quick assembly system

The EZ-Lock core lets the modifier pop open and fold down like an umbrella, removing the frustration of complicated rod insertion. Photographers can deploy or collapse the unit in seconds, streamlining workflow when moving between setups or wrapping a long shoot day. The intuitive mechanism reduces setup errors that slow down sessions.

Profoto-compatible light modifier

This softbox suits professionals using Profoto lighting systems who value rapid deployment and durable build quality. Photographers tied to other proprietary mounts or those needing a shallower modifier for tight spaces should look at alternatives designed for their specific system.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the softbox is assembled correctly after setup?

The 16 ribs should be fully extended and locked by the EZ-Lock core, forming a symmetrical deep parabolic shape with the matte white interior lining evenly tensioned.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The softbox unit with its 16-rib umbrella frame and EZ-Lock mechanism is included; a Profoto-compatible light head and any required speed ring or adapter are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which size and rib count should I choose for my work?

This model is the 28-inch diameter version with 16 ribs, designed for quick deployment and Profoto mounting; select it when you need a portable deep parabolic modifier of that specific size and rib configuration.
