10x24 Strip Softbox

The Glow Edge EZ Lock 1x2 Quick Strip Softbox is a Bowens-mount light modifier designed for studio and location photographers who need rapid setup. Its umbrella-style frame opens and locks in seconds without loose rods or fiddly speed-ring alignment. The rectangular shape produces a narrow, directional quality of light suited to fashion, portrait and product work. It collapses flat for transport between shoots.

10x24 Coverage Limits

At 10 by 24 inches the modifier covers a full-length subject or a small product table with even illumination and soft fall-off. The narrow profile concentrates output for edge definition but cannot fill a large group or wide set without additional units. Moving the softbox farther back broadens coverage at the cost of intensity and contrast control. Very large scenes will require supplementary lighting.

Bowens Mount Build

A standard Bowens bayonet secures the softbox to compatible strobes or continuous heads with a quarter-turn lock. Four aluminium ribs maintain the rectangular form under heat and repeated assembly cycles. The EZ Lock centre shaft lets the user push the frame open and pull a release to collapse it one-handed.
