Glow Edge ParaSnap 12x36" Strip Softbox Speedlight Adapter

Quick-Deploy Strip Softbox

The Glow Edge ParaSnap 12x36" Strip Softbox is a rectangular light modifier built for speedlight users who need fast setup on location. Its single-motion swing-and-snap frame opens and closes in seconds without tools. The package includes an OTA-S speedlight mount adapter so the box fits directly onto a standard flash unit. Photographers who require a large parabolic or round modifier will need a different design.

SterlingFibre Lining and Diffusion Layers

The interior uses Glow SterlingFibre silver fabric with a quilted texture that spreads light evenly across the 12-by-36-inch surface. Two removable diffusion silks — inner and outer — give three distinct output options from contrasty to very soft. A tool-free speedring system lets you swap mounts for other light sources, though the supplied adapter is dedicated to speedlight footprints. The whole kit folds flat into its own carry case for transit.

Portable Build for Mobile Shoots

The lightweight frame and collapsible construction keep the kit compact enough for run-and-gun work or travel jobs. No external power or cooling is required because the modifier is passive; heat management depends entirely on the attached speedlight. With both silks removed the output is brighter and punchier, while adding both layers softens shadows and reduces specular highlights for flattering portrait light.
