Automotive IMMO Key Matching Platform
The GODIAG GT111 is a dedicated test platform for Volkswagen Group vehicles using CAN-Bus 3rd and 3.5th generation dashboards. It enables offline reading and writing of instrument IMMO data, mileage correction and key matching. Technicians use it to synchronise keys with the immobiliser and perform emergency start area sensing detection. It is not for vehicles using older K-Line or newer UDS protocols.
Thermals Noise and Power Draw
The cable draws power directly from the vehicle OBD port or the connected programmer, so it adds no separate thermal load or fan noise to the workshop. An independent ignition switch on the board lets the user control power state during bench testing without cycling the vehicle ignition. Current consumption remains negligible compared to the diagnostic tool supply.
POGO PIN Offline Adapter and Tool Compatibility
Spring-loaded POGO PIN contacts connect to the dashboard PCB without soldering, reducing risk of pad damage during offline EEPROM access. The bundle includes a key induction adapter with LED indication for coil signal verification. Supported programmers include HEX V2, VAS 5054A, VAS 6154, VVDI2, Key Tool Plus, X300 DP Plus, Autel and other major VAG-capable tools.

Questions about this item
How do I connect the POGO PIN cable to the dashboard for offline reading and writing?
Align the POGO PIN contacts with the dashboard test points, secure the cable using the independent ignition switch, then connect the OBD2 end to a supported tool such as VAS5054A or VVDI2 for data transfer.
Which consumable part will need replacement after repeated dashboard connections?
The POGO PIN tips are the wear item; they should be inspected regularly and replaced when the spring contacts no longer make firm contact with the instrument cluster pads.
What is the first limitation when running continuous key matching cycles on 3.5th generation clusters?
The independent ignition switch and POGO PIN contact stability limit sustained cycles; overheating of the key induction adapter light signals the need to pause between operations.
