The 40° grid continues to restrict spill throughout the shoot, keeping contrast and directionality stable. Heat from the panel passes through the fabric without degrading the material or the light quality.

Quick setup with dedicated P600R mount

The softbox attaches directly to the P600R using its custom fitting, so no separate speed ring or adapter is required. The 3 x 4 ft frame assembles in minutes, though the larger footprint means you need adequate studio space and sturdy stands. The grid slides into a recessed channel; forgetting to seat it fully is the most common cause of light leak at the edges.
