Dual Lavalier Microphone for Two Speakers

The Godox LMD-40C combines two omnidirectional electret condenser capsules on a single 3.5 mm TRRS plug, capturing clear audio from two people simultaneously. It is built for interviews, podcasts, vlogging and live events where both voices must be recorded at once. A 1/4 inch adapter is included for use with cameras, recorders and computers.

Simple Plug-In Setup with Battery Option

Connect the TRRS jack to a smartphone for plug-in power or insert the supplied LR44 battery when using a camera or recorder. The 13.1 foot cable gives each speaker room to move, while foam windscreens and lapel clips reduce wind and handling noise. Ensure the correct power source is selected for the target device to avoid silent recordings.

74 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio

This figure determines how much hiss is audible in quiet passages and whether the microphones meet a professional noise floor. A 74 dB ratio suits typical speech recording but may limit use in extremely quiet studio environments where lower self-noise is required.
