An omnidirectional lavalier microphone with 360-degree pickup, 19.7' cable, 3.5mm TRRS plug, foam windscreen, and LR44 battery power option
The Godox LMS-60C is an omnidirectional lavalier microphone designed for content creators, streamers, and professionals needing hands-free audio capture. Its electret condenser capsule picks up sound evenly from all directions. A 19.7' cable ending in a 3.5mm TRRS plug connects directly to smartphones, cameras, recorders, or computers. The package includes an LR44 battery, foam windscreen, alligator clip, and 1/4" adapter.
The microphone requires no external power when plugged into a smartphone; the power switch stays off to use device-supplied power. For cameras or recorders, the switch turns on to draw from the included LR44 battery. The foam windscreen reduces wind noise and plosives during recording. With no active circuitry beyond the capsule, the unit adds negligible electrical noise and produces zero fan or mechanical sound.
The LMS-60C features a fixed output gain setting that cannot be adjusted, delivering consistent levels without user intervention. Its omnidirectional pattern provides 360-degree coverage, capturing audio from every angle around the capsule. Buyers who need adjustable gain levels or a directional pickup pattern to isolate a single voice in noisy environments should consider a different microphone.
