Godox LMS-60G Lavalier Microphone

The Godox LMS-60G is a compact lavalier microphone built for creators who need hands-free audio capture. Its omnidirectional electret condenser capsule picks up sound evenly from every direction. A 3.5 mm TRRS connector allows direct plug-in to smartphones, cameras, recorders and computers. The unit ships with an LR44 battery and an on-off switch for power management.

19.7 ft cable and adjustable gain

The 19.7 ft cable gives generous reach for interviews, presentations or vlogging where the subject moves away from the recording device. Adjustable gain lets you match input levels to quiet studios or noisy outdoor locations. The omnidirectional pattern provides 360° coverage so head turns do not drop the signal. Battery power can be switched off when the host device supplies plug-in power.

3.5 mm TRRS connector compatibility

The single specification that decides fit is the 3.5 mm TRRS jack. Devices with a TRS-only microphone input or no analogue jack will not work without an adapter. The microphone draws power from the included LR44 cell or from the host device when available. Buyers needing wireless operation, XLR output or USB digital audio should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 19.7 ft cable reach my recorder if I keep my older camera on a tripod several feet away?

The 19.7 ft cable provides generous length for positioning the lavalier microphone away from the recording device, suitable for interviews or presentations where distance is needed.

How can I verify the omnidirectional capsule is capturing sound evenly after I plug the 3.5 mm TRRS jack into my device?

The omnidirectional pickup pattern captures audio from all directions; monitor your recording levels and listen for consistent volume as you move around the microphone to confirm even 360° coverage.

Does the box include the LR44 battery needed for camera use, or must I buy it separately?

An LR44 battery is included in the box to power the microphone when used with cameras or recorders that do not supply plug-in power.
