Compact silver lens reflector with 10 degree beam angle for Godox ML40BI and ML40R lights

Godox Photo Equipment Co. Ltd

Godox ML-L10 10 Degree Lens Reflector for ML40BI ML40R Studio

SKU CH-V0DA-05S8R

A 10-degree lens reflector that focuses output from ML40BI and ML40R lights with a silver interior for even diffusion

  • Precise 10-degree beam angle for controlled illumination
  • Silver interior optimises light output for uniform diffusion
  • Direct Godox Mount integrates with ML40Bi and ML40R lights
  • Lightweight compact design enables easy transport for on-location shoots
  • Durable construction ensures reliable performance in professional environments

Purpose and Compatibility

The Godox ML-L10 is a precision lens reflector built specifically for the Godox Mount ecosystem. It attaches directly to ML40Bi and ML40R fixtures, giving photographers and videographers a focused 10-degree beam for controlled illumination. The durable construction ensures reliable performance across studio and location environments.

Thermals and Power

The passive modifier adds no active cooling, noise or electrical draw to the lighting system. Its silver interior optimises the fixture's existing output without increasing power consumption or heat generation. The lightweight alloy body dissipates warmth naturally during extended sessions. Operation remains silent, preserving audio quality on set.

Workflow Benefits

The direct Godox Mount enables rapid, tool-free attachment so crews can swap modifiers without slowing production. The compact form factor fits easily into gear bags for mobile shoots. The 10-degree optic concentrates light for precision highlighting or long-throw applications. The silver finish maximises punch while maintaining even coverage across the beam.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the 10-degree lens reflector to my ML40BI light, and what step is often missed?

Slide the reflector onto the Godox Mount until it clicks into the locking groove; the step many miss is rotating the collar to engage the bayonet pins, otherwise the modifier can detach during positioning.

What maintenance will the silver interior of this reflector need over time?

Wipe the interior with a dry microfibre cloth after each shoot to remove dust; avoid solvents or abrasive pads, as they can degrade the reflective coating and alter the 10-degree beam pattern.

At what point does heat become the limiting factor during continuous use with an ML40R?

The reflector itself has no thermal limit, but the ML40R body will throttle output once its internal temperature reaches the protection threshold, so sustained full-power runs are limited by the light head, not the modifier.
