Godox XMic10L 25mm Condenser Microphone

The Godox XMic10L is a large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone built for XLR connectivity. Its 25mm gilded diaphragm captures vocals and instruments with detailed clarity. A 75dB signal-to-noise ratio keeps background hiss low for clean recordings. The rugged metal body withstands regular studio or mobile use.

For Home Studios and Streaming Setups

This microphone suits creators recording speech, singing or acoustic instruments in controlled rooms. The cardioid pattern rejects off-axis sound, helping isolate the source. It requires an audio interface or mixer with phantom power, so buyers without that equipment should look elsewhere. Users needing USB plug-and-play operation will not find it here.

25mm Gilded Diaphragm Decides Fit

The 25mm gold-plated diaphragm determines the microphone's sensitivity and tonal character. If your work demands that specific capsule size for its transient response and warmth, this model matches the requirement. A different diaphragm diameter would change the sound profile and may not suit the same applications.

Questions about this item

What XLR connector does the 25mm diaphragm microphone use?

The XMic10L connects via a standard three-pin male XLR output on the microphone body.

Which step do users skip when mounting the cardioid condenser on a boom arm?

Many forget to tighten the shock-mount ring screws fully, so the mic slowly rotates under its own weight.

How often should the gold-plated capsule be cleaned after vocal sessions?

Wipe the grille with a dry microfibre cloth after each use; deep cleaning is only needed if visible residue builds up.
