Questions about this item

How do I install this 1200W power supply into a Juniper SRX3400 or SRX3600, and what step is commonly missed?

Slide the unit into the chassis bay until the latch clicks, then tighten the captive screws; the step often missed is fully seating the internal AC connector before locking the handle.

What maintenance or replacement will this DS1200-3-401 unit need over time?

Clean the intake vents and fan blades every six months to prevent dust buildup; replace the entire supply if the fan becomes noisy or the unit fails to power on.
