Direct replacement for OptiPlex mini towers

This 265 W ATX power supply is built to fit Dell OptiPlex 390, 790 and 990 mini-tower chassis. It matches the original H265AM-00, L265AM-00, AC265AM-00, F265EM-00 and L265EM-00 part numbers. The unit restores reliable power to systems that have lost their factory PSU.

ATX form factor with proprietary wiring

The supply uses the standard ATX footprint but carries the specific connector layout required by the listed OptiPlex models. Installation follows the original mounting points and cable routing, so the swap is completed with basic hand tools. Builders needing higher wattage or a different form factor should look elsewhere.
