Check your Alienware model

Confirm that your chassis is an Area 51 R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 or R7 and that the existing supply carries one of the listed part numbers. This supply will not fit other Dell models or standard ATX cases that require a different pin-out or mounting pattern. Buyers who need a lower-wattage or differently keyed unit should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the power supply ship with all cables needed for a Dell Alienware Area 51 R2-R7 installation?

The unit is sold as the power supply only; any proprietary cables or adapters required for the Area 51 chassis must be sourced separately.

Which part number matches my Dell Alienware Area 51 R2-R7 — 800GY, 0VK3T, D1500EF-00 or DPS-1500FB A?

All four codes refer to the same 1500W ATX replacement unit compatible with every R2 through R7 revision of the Area 51.
