SKU CH-Z0E7-4W27K

A 1U redundant power supply delivering 740 W with 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency

  • Product typeATX
  • 740 W output powers dense 1 U servers
  • 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency lowers energy waste
  • Redundant module keeps systems running during a failure
  • ATX form factor fits standard rackmount chassis

740W 1U Redundant Power Module

This 740 watt ATX power supply fits a single 1U rack slot and carries 80 PLUS Platinum certification for high efficiency. It is built as a hot-swap module for redundant configurations in enterprise servers and dense compute nodes. The single-output design simplifies cabling for platforms that accept this form factor.

Hot-Swap Redundancy for Rack Systems

The unit slides into a compatible redundant chassis without tools, letting technicians replace a failed module while the system stays online. It frees internal space by eliminating the need for a full-size ATX supply and its fixed cables. Buyers whose chassis lacks a matching 1U redundant bay or who need multiple independent voltage rails will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

Will the 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency hold during continuous 740 W load?

The 80 PLUS Platinum rating certifies high efficiency at typical loads, but sustained maximum output may reduce efficiency and increase heat.

How loud is the fan when the 1U module runs at full power all day?

The 1U form factor uses a high-speed fan that becomes noticeably loud under continuous heavy load.
