GOJO Provon FMX-12 Foam Dispenser

The GOJO 516006CT Provon FMX-12 is a foam soap dispenser finished in Dove Gray. It is designed for office breakrooms and commercial cleaning stations where controlled dispensing reduces waste. Each carton contains twelve units, supporting high-traffic wash areas.

Upgrading from manual pump bottles

Switching to this dispenser replaces loose pump bottles that drip and over-dispense product. The jump is worth it when a facility needs consistent portion control and a cleaner counter appearance across multiple sinks. The FMX-12 system delivers measured foam that lowers soap consumption per hand wash.

Check mounting style and refill compatibility

Before ordering, verify that your walls accept the FMX-12 mounting pattern and that you stock Provon FMX-12 foam refill cartridges. The dispensers ship empty and require the matching sealed refill pods to operate. Confirm the twelve-unit carton matches your facility's dispenser count.

Questions about this item

What wall space does the 12-pack dispenser need for mounting?

Each Dove Gray unit is designed for standard wall installation; allow enough clearance for the front push-bar and the refill cartridge to slide in from the top.

How do I install the FMX-12 dispenser and what step is often missed?

Mount the back plate level, snap the cover on, then prime the pump by pressing the bar several times until foam appears — skipping the priming step leaves air in the line.

What replacement items will the 516006CT dispensers need over time?

Plan on Provon FMX-12 foam soap refill cartridges and, if the pump mechanism wears, a replacement pump assembly for each unit.
