Product Identity

The GOJO 9127-12 Gold & Klean Antimicrobial Lotion Soap Refill supplies 800ml of fresh-scented liquid soap in a bag-in-box cartridge. It is intended for workplaces, schools and public facilities that use compatible GOJO dispensers and want a bio-based formula that removes dirt and kills germs.

Installation Notes

The sealed bag-in-box design snaps into a matching GOJO dispenser without tools and the leak-proof construction prevents spills during replacement. Problems usually arise when the cartridge is forced into a non-compatible dispenser or when the pump nozzle is not fully seated, causing the unit to dispense air instead of soap.

Capacity Limits

Each refill delivers 27.1 fl oz (800 ml) of lotion soap, which determines the number of hand washes before a change is required. The antimicrobial formula is designed for general hand cleaning and is not a substitute for surgical scrub protocols or alcohol-based hand rubs where specific healthcare standards apply.
