Product Identity

The GOJO GOJ 9657-12 is a carton of twelve Purell bag-in-box instant hand sanitizer refills designed for commercial restrooms and high-traffic breakrooms. Facilities managers and office administrators use it to keep dispenser stations stocked without frequent reordering.

Installation Notes

Each refill slides into a compatible bag-in-box dispenser by aligning the collar and pressing until it clicks, a process that takes seconds per unit. The most common issue occurs when the pump stem is not fully seated, causing the dispenser to deliver air instead of gel until the refill is reseated.

Sustained Use

The sealed bag collapses as product empties, preventing air bubbles and delivering consistent portion control until the last millilitre. Because the formula is contained until dispensed, viscosity and fragrance remain stable across the full carton even during periods of heavy daily use.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the dispenser is dispensing the correct amount of instant hand sanitizer after installing a new refill?

Activate the dispenser and verify that a measured dose of sanitizer is delivered into your hand; the bag-in-box design ensures consistent flow until the cartridge is empty.

What items are included in the carton and do I need to purchase a dispenser separately?

The carton contains twelve sealed refill bags for the bag-in-box system; a compatible GOJO dispenser is required and is not included in this package.

Which capacity should I choose when the only option listed is the 12-count carton?

The product is sold exclusively as a carton of twelve refills, so select this single configuration to receive a full case of instant hand sanitizer refills.
