Transparent Index Tabs for Filing

These tabs come in a pack of eight color-coded sheets with a total of 1280 pieces. Each tab measures 0.47 inches wide and uses a transparent self-adhesive base made from PET material. The fluorescent translucent colors allow text underneath to remain visible while marking key sections. They are designed for students, teachers and office workers who need quick visual indexing.

Half-Adhesive Design for Repositioning

Only the lower portion of each tab carries adhesive, so the tab can be lifted and moved without tearing paper or leaving residue. The writable surface accepts most pens, pencils, markers and highlighters, though ink should be tested first due to variable dry times. Tabs pull cleanly from the sheet for fast application on documents, books, folders, diaries or message boards.

Upgrade from Opaque Paper Flags

These translucent tabs replace solid paper flags that obscure the text they mark. The jump is worth it when you need to see the underlying content while colour-coding categories, or when frequent repositioning is required without damaging pages. They are not suited for buyers who need larger write-on areas or permanent adhesive labels.

Questions about this item

How many tabs can I pull off the sheets before the adhesive stops holding?

Each pack contains 1280 tabs across eight sheets, and the repositionable adhesive is designed to stay tacky through repeated removal and reapplication.

Will the fluorescent PET material curl or yellow after weeks on a sunny desk?

The tabs are made of fluorescent translucent PET with a special adhesive that resists curling and colour shift under normal indoor lighting.

What surface or tool do I need to write on these tabs without the ink smearing?

Most pens, pencils, markers and highlighters work on the writable half of each tab; test your preferred ink first because dry times vary.
