Passive 12-Inch PA Speaker for Mobile DJ

The Goldwood DPI-1200C/8 is a passive three-way speaker built for mobile DJ, PA, live sound and home audio applications. It requires an external amplifier or receiver with raw speaker wire or 1/4-inch jack outputs to operate. The enclosure uses CARB compliant MDF finished in grey aviation grade carpet with metal mesh grilles, protective corners and integrated handles. System power requirement is no less than 10 and no more than 500 watts per channel.

Sustained Output Through Three-Way Driver Array

A 12-inch polymer treated woofer with vented pole piece and low carbon plates handles low frequencies down to 32 Hz. A 5-inch midrange driver uses a high temperature Kapton cone while a 7 by 3-inch compression tweeter covers the upper range. The internally wired crossover splits the signal across all three drivers. Sensitivity is rated at 92 dB at 8 ohms and the digitally tuned port reinforces bass response during extended playback sessions.
