Product Identity

The Goldwood Sound Theater Solutions RK8C kit provides four rough-in frames for 8-inch round in-ceiling speakers. It suits installers preparing new-build or remodel ceilings for whole-house audio or home-theatre surround systems.

Installation Notes

Each frame uses 26-inch plastic bands that fasten between 2x4 studs and slide to the exact mounting position. The outer flange matches standard drywall thickness, a hook holds speaker wire during the rough-in phase, and a removable cover keeps debris out of the cavity until the speakers are fitted.

Critical Specification

The cut-out diameter is 9.625 inches and is engineered for Theater Solutions TS80C and CS8C models. All 8-inch flush-mount speakers are not the same size, so buyers with different speaker dimensions cannot use this kit.
