2-in-1 Golf Swing Training Kit

This kit combines a wrist brace and an arm strap to help golfers correct wrist angle and eliminate the chicken wing flaw. Worn together, they guide the lead wrist into an optimal position and keep elbows tucked close to the body for a more unified motion.

Fits in a golf bag or pocket

The slim components measure 13.4 in x 2.76 in x .2 in and weigh very little, so they slide easily into a bag pocket for range sessions or on-course warm-ups. Adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners allow quick fitting over a glove or bare skin without extra tools.

Builds muscle memory through repetition

The wrist brace limits excessive movement to stop flipping at impact, while the high-elastic arm band maintains elbow alignment throughout the swing. Consistent use during drills develops a repeatable tempo and improves shot accuracy without causing wrist fatigue.

Questions about this item

How much does the wrist brace restrict wrist movement during a full practice session?

The adjustable wrist brace limits excessive wrist movement and secures the lead wrist in the optimal position to stop flipping mid-impact, stabilizing the swing and ball striking.

Does the arm strap become uncomfortable or hot when worn for an entire range session?

Both tools are slim, lightweight, and ergonomically constructed to fit most wrist and elbow sizes so you won't cut practice short from tired, strained wrists.

Do I need any clubs or balls to use this training aid kit?

The kit is designed for indoor drills, backyard practice, and on-course training sessions, fitting easily into a golf bag for use with your existing equipment.
