What this phone is and who it suits

The Google Pixel 8 is an unlocked Android smartphone with 128GB of storage in a Hazel finish. It runs on the Tensor processor and has a 6.2 inch OLED display that reaches 120Hz. The unit is graded Acceptable, meaning the body may show dents, cracks, chips or scuffs and the screen may have scratches or dark spots. It is aimed at buyers who want Pixel software features at a lower cosmetic standard.

What the bundled items change

The package includes the handset only; no charger, cable, case or headphones are supplied. Buyers must provide their own USB-C power adapter and any preferred accessories. The lack of bundled charging gear means the 4575mAh battery will rely on whatever compatible charger the user already owns or purchases separately.

Practical limits of the interface and standard

The device uses a Nano-SIM slot plus an eSIM for cellular connectivity, so it works with carriers that support either format. The display peaks at 2000 nits but sustained brightness is lower, and the OLED panel may show the noted cosmetic imperfections. Wireless charging and IP68 water resistance are present, yet the Acceptable grade means seals and surfaces may already be compromised.

Questions about this item

Will the Gorilla Glass Victus screen need a protector because of the existing scratches and dark spots?

The C-grade screen may already show scratches or dark spots; adding a tempered-glass protector can stop new damage without affecting the 120 Hz OLED touch response.

Does the Tensor G3 chip throttle during long gaming or AI sessions?

Improved thermals in the Pixel 8 help the Tensor G3 sustain performance, but extended heavy workloads will still hit thermal limits and reduce clock speeds.

How warm does the aluminium frame get and does the fanless design stay quiet when charging wirelessly all day?

The phone has no fan so it is silent; the aluminium frame can feel warm during 120 Hz use and wireless charging, but IP68 sealing is maintained.
