What this phone is

The Google Pixel 8 is a new, unlocked smartphone with 128 GB of storage in an Obsidian finish. It ships in Grade A condition, meaning the screen is pristine and the body shows minimal to no scuffs. The 6.2 inch OLED panel runs at 120 Hz and reaches 2000 nits peak brightness. A Tensor G3 processor and 8 GB of RAM power the Android 14 experience.

Who this suits

Buyers who want a compact flagship with AI-driven camera tools and a bright, high-refresh display will find it a strong match. The dual rear cameras (50 MP wide and 12 MP ultra-wide) support advanced editing features. Shoppers who need more storage, a larger screen, or a telephoto lens should look at other models.

The deciding specification

The single figure that determines fit is the 128 GB storage capacity. If your apps, photos and offline media fit within that space, the phone meets the core requirement. If you regularly exceed it, you will need a model with a larger storage option.

Questions about this item

What does the 120 Hz refresh rate do for everyday use?

The 120 Hz OLED panel refreshes twice as often as a standard 60 Hz screen, so scrolling, animations and touch response feel noticeably smoother.

How does the 5G modem connect in practice?

The phone supports both sub-6 GHz and mmWave 5G bands, so it will use the fastest available network from your carrier without extra setup.

Will the 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9 mm body fit my existing case?

Cases made for the Pixel 8 match these exact dimensions; the 8.9 mm thickness and 187 g weight also match the original design specs.
