What this converter does

The GRACETOP unit converts analogue CVBS, TVI, CVI and AHD video signals into HDMI, VGA or CVBS output. It accepts cameras up to 5 MP and legacy sources such as VHS, VCR, DVD or Hi8 players. No audio is processed and no driver installation is required. The device is powered from a DC 5 V to 20 V supply.

What to check before ordering

Confirm that your source uses BNC or RCA connectors and that you have a suitable DC power adapter within the 5 V to 20 V range. The converter does not handle audio, so separate sound routing is needed. Output resolution can be switched between 720p and 1080p on the HDMI port. CVBS loop-out remains available for local monitoring.

Build and daily use

The enclosure measures 70 mm long, 55 mm wide and 25 mm high and weighs 100 g. Two push-buttons select the active output and toggle HDMI resolution or CVBS standard. A BNC male-to-RCA female adaptor is included for each port. The compact size allows placement behind a monitor or inside a DVR cabinet without obstructing other connections.
