Grandstream GXP2160 VoIP phone 6 lines 24 BLF keys 4.3 inch 480x272 Gigabit PoE Bluetooth

Six-line enterprise desk phone

The Grandstream GXP2160 is a high-end IP telephone built for offices that handle heavy call volumes. It supports six SIP accounts and provides 24 dual-color BLF keys so receptionists or managers can monitor extension status at a glance. A 4.3 inch 480x272 colour LCD and HD audio deliver clear visual and voice quality for daily business use. Integrated Bluetooth allows headset pairing and phonebook transfer from a mobile device.

Plug-and-play with PoE and auto-provisioning

Dual switched Gigabit ports with Power over Ethernet let the phone draw power from the network cable, removing the need for a separate adapter. Automated provisioning via TR-069 or AES-encrypted XML files configures the handset remotely, while TLS, SRTP and HTTPS secure the signalling and media streams. The only common issue is ensuring the switch port is set to auto-negotiate 1000 Mbps so the phone does not fall back to a slower link.

Ideal for busy front-desk and executive roles

Users who need one-touch access to many colleagues, five-way conferencing and mobile integration will benefit from the 24 BLF keys and Bluetooth support. Organisations that require only one or two lines, or that deploy phones in areas without PoE infrastructure, should consider simpler models. Buyers wanting a cordless DECT handset or a larger touchscreen display will need a different product class.
