40 W AC adapter for CWT supplies

This 12 V 3.33 A adapter delivers 40 W through a 5.5 mm by 2.5 mm barrel connector. It is designed as a direct replacement for CWT power supplies using part numbers KPL-040F-VI or KPL-040F.

Check voltage polarity and plug fit

Verify that the device you are powering requires exactly 12 V input and accepts a centre-positive 5.5 mm by 2.5 mm barrel jack. Confirm your mains supply falls within the 100 to 240 V 50 to 60 Hz input range and select the appropriate EU US UK or AU plug type for your region.

Replaces lost or faulty KPL-040F units

The adapter substitutes an original CWT supply that has failed or been misplaced. The upgrade is worthwhile when the existing unit no longer regulates 12 V at 3.33 A or when the barrel connector is physically damaged.
