38-Inch Pinch Bar for Heavy Leverage

The Gray Tools C42 is a 38-inch pinch bar built for electricians and tradespeople who need maximum leverage when aligning conduit, prying heavy enclosures or positioning large components. Its 3/4-inch hexagon shank resists rolling and provides a secure grip during high-force tasks.

Forged Alloy Steel with Heat Treatment

Forged from premium alloy steel and specialty heat treated, the bar delivers the strength required for sustained prying without bending. The royal blue paint finish adds corrosion resistance, while the 1-1/16-inch cutting width handles substantial material. No power source or ancillary fittings are needed.

Durability Under Continuous Prying Load

The heat-treated alloy construction maintains its shape and edge when used repeatedly on tough jobs such as separating flanges or shifting structural members. It is not suited for fine detail work or confined spaces where a shorter, lighter tool would be more appropriate.
