What this is and who it’s for

This pack contains ten black toner cartridges built to replace HP 55A and 55X models. It is suited for offices or workgroups that print high volumes on the listed LaserJet and MFP devices and want a lower cost per page without changing suppliers.

The spec that decides fit

Each cartridge is rated for 6000 pages at .05 coverage on letter or A4 paper. The smart chip is programmed for the P3010, P3011, P3015, P3016, M521 and M525 printer families, so the printer will recognise the supply level and allow printing without error messages.

Install experience and common pitfalls

Installation follows the standard HP cartridge swap: open the front door, pull the old unit, shake the new one horizontally to distribute toner, remove the seal and slide it in until it clicks. The most frequent issue is forgetting to pull the sealing tape completely, which leaves a blank strip on the first few pages.
