GREENCYCLE TN460 DR400 5 Toner 2 Drum Set

Compatibility check before ordering

Confirm your printer model appears in the supported list such as DCP-1200, HL-1240, MFC-9750 or Intellifax 4750. The cartridges replace TN460 and TN430 toner codes while the drums replace DR400; verify which codes your machine currently uses.

Thermals noise and power draw

As passive consumables the toner and drum units generate no heat, noise or electrical load themselves. Print quality and component life follow the rated yields of 6,000 pages per toner and 20,000 pages per drum at .05 coverage.

Questions about this item

What exactly is inside the GREENCYCLE TN460 DR400 set and do I need to buy anything else?

The box contains five TN460 black toner cartridges and two DR400 black drum units. No extra parts are required; each toner installs directly into a drum unit.

How do I decide between the 6000-page toner yield and the 20000-page drum yield for my printing volume?

Each TN460 cartridge prints up to 6000 pages at 5% coverage, while each DR400 drum lasts up to 20000 pages. For typical use you will replace the toner about three times before the drum needs changing.

What does the 6000-page figure mean once the TN460 cartridge is installed in my Brother HL-1240?

It means you can expect roughly 6000 Letter-size pages at 5% coverage per cartridge before print density drops and a replacement is needed.
