Ready-to-print set for Brother lasers

This pack supplies five black toner cartridges and two drum units that replace the Brother TN580, TN650 and DR520 parts. It is built for offices and home users who run compatible Brother DCP, HL or MFC laser printers and want a single box that covers both consumables. The cartridges and drums arrive new and ready to install.

Suits high-volume mono printing; not for colour work

The bundle fits the models listed in the compatibility list, including the DCP-8060, HL-5250DN and MFC-8480DN, and delivers monochrome output at the rated yields. Buyers who need colour toner, MICR encoding or printers outside the listed Brother range should look at a different product.

Yield per component decides value

Each toner cartridge is rated for 8,000 pages and each drum unit for 25,000 pages at 5 % coverage. Match those figures against your monthly page count to confirm the set will last the intended replacement interval.

Questions about this item

How do I install the TN580 toner into the DR520 drum unit?

Shake the new toner cartridge six to eight times, remove the orange protective cover, slide the toner into the drum unit until it clicks, then insert the combined assembly into the printer slot.

When will the DR520 drum unit need replacement?

The drum unit is rated for approximately 25,000 pages at 5% coverage, so it typically lasts through several toner cartridge changes.

Which component reaches its rated limit first during continuous printing?

Each TN580 toner cartridge is rated for 8,000 pages at 5% coverage, so toner runs out before the 25,000-page drum unit.
