Compatible Set for Brother Mono Printers

This two-pack bundles two TN850 black toner cartridges and two DR820 drum units built for a wide range of Brother monochrome laser printers. It targets offices and home users who print high volumes of text documents and want a ready supply of both consumables. The set covers models from the DCP-L5500DN through the MFC-L6900DW series.

Yield Limits at Five Percent Coverage

Each toner cartridge is rated for up to 8000 pages and each drum unit for up to 30000 pages when measured at .05 coverage on letter-size paper. Real-world output will drop if pages contain dense graphics, heavy bold text or frequent duplex printing. The drum unit must be replaced separately once its page count is reached, even if toner remains.

Laser Components Designed for Drop-In Fit

The cartridge slides into the drum unit and the combined assembly locks into the printer with the same mechanical action as the original Brother parts. No chip reset or firmware workaround is required for the listed models. Buyers who need colour output, MICR encoding or a single-cartridge purchase should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Which pack size should I choose for the GREENCYCLE TN850 and DR820 set?

The listing supplies a 2-pack containing two TN850 toner cartridges and two DR820 drum units, covering both consumables in one box.

What does the 8,000-page yield mean for daily printing on my Brother HL-L6200DW?

At 5 % coverage each TN850 cartridge prints about 8,000 pages, so a typical office printing 200 pages a day would replace toner roughly every six weeks.

Does the DR820 drum unit limit the printer's resolution or speed?

The DR820 is a compatible drum rated for 30,000 pages; it does not alter the printer's native resolution or engine speed.
