Nylon fish tape pulls wire through conduit with a non-conductive eyelet and 250 lb tensile strength for work near energized lines
The Greenlee FTN536-50 is a 50-foot nylon fish tape designed for electricians pulling wire through conduit. Its non-conductive construction makes it suitable for work near energised lines where maximum flexibility is required.
The tape features a curl-resistant green nylon body with a black handle and a non-conductive eyelet end. A replacement cartridge numbered RN536-50 is available separately for when the tape wears out.
The 13-inch plastic winder case uses a slide mechanism for deployment and retrieval. The 3/16-inch diameter tape offers 250 lb tensile strength but is not for builders who need a metal tape for heavier pulling jobs.

Replace the tape if the green nylon jacket shows cuts, abrasion or permanent kinks that the curl-resistant design cannot straighten. The cartridge number for a direct swap is RN536-50.
The 250 lb tensile strength is the hard limit; exceed it and the round nylon core can snap. Friction in tight bends or existing cable fills reaches that limit first.
The case is a passive plastic winder with a slide mechanism — no motor, no electronics — so it produces no heat and no audible noise during continuous pulling.
