Four-piece silicone fruit set

The GRITOSE set contains three round containers and one elliptical container moulded from food-grade silicone with ABS bases. The pieces are designed to hug the cut face of produce such as avocado halves, tomato wedges or lemon slices, creating an airtight seal that slows oxidation and keeps refrigerator odours contained.

Check dishwasher and temperature limits

All four containers are dishwasher-safe for effortless cleaning, but the supplier advises against exposing them to temperatures above 80 °C. Verify that your dishwasher cycle stays within this limit and that your fridge shelves can accommodate the largest unit, which measures 5.51 inches across.

Flexible silicone membrane and twist-lock lid

The stretchable silicone top moulds itself to irregular shapes while resisting permanent deformation, and the ABS base provides a rigid platform for stacking. A simple counter-clockwise turn locks the lid in place, so the boxes stay sealed when tossed into a backpack for office lunches or camping trips.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 4-piece set and do I need to buy extra lids?

How do I choose between the 3.93-inch, 4.92-inch and 5.51-inch sizes in the set?

The set provides one 3.93-inch round box, two 4.92-inch round boxes and one 5.51-inch elliptical box, giving a size for small, medium and larger produce.

What does the 80-degree temperature limit mean for everyday fridge and freezer use?

The containers are safe for refrigerator and freezer storage; simply avoid placing them in environments hotter than 80 degrees such as ovens or dishwashers on high-heat cycles.
